Healthy Relationships

"Daring to set boundaries is about having the courage to love ourselves, even when we risk disappointing others." -Brene Brown

Relationships can be difficult especially when we struggle with addictive behaviors. Learning how to manage a relationship by understanding how to remain independent, maintain stability, and not sacrificing who we are within the relationship are key components of having a healthy relationship which can remain healthy. This 10-week workshop is designed to address unhealthy relationship habits and how these are directly related to our addictive patterns and behaviors. This workshop is limited to 8 people, and is co-ed.
